As a Supervisor Logistics, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and efficient operations.

You are the link between customers, internal departments, and forklift drivers to ensure fast, safe, and cost-effective handling of goods. The role requires good service skills and a professional approach. Our customers are both national and international, so excellent knowledge of Swedish and English is a requirement. You need to balance structure and flexibility and have good experience with the Office suite and an interest in IT systems.

To succeed in this role, you need to have a logistics education or three years of documented equivalent work experience. A driver's license (B) is required, and a forklift license is a merit. Working hours will include evenings and weekends as our events have moving in and out.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff
• Customer service via email, phone, and in-person
• Administration of bookings in the transport system
• Invoicing
• Optimization of loading areas and machinery
